Research: independently audit PR #3190 port-0 operator witness

Result

Adds an independent exact replay of PR #3296's owner-replica-0, port-0 witness for PR #3190's two literal remainder transfers. At Fourier character 2^72, the baseline is iI8; transfers 14→8 and 15→10 separately change five entries each, and the joint change is their disjoint ten-entry union.

The verifier reconstructs and hashes the canonical 2,717,280-row fill, checks the two source-pinned moves against the stated per-axis rule, then composes the 8×8 operator using dense Gaussian-integer matrix products. It imports neither PR #3187's algebra.py/source.py nor PR #3296's obstruction.py.

• The registered package runner requires Python 3.12. This environment only has Python 3.14.8, so its wrapper invocation could not run; the verifier itself passed directly under 3.14.8.

Scope

This confirms one finite counterexample under the pinned completed local-invocation contract: owner replica 0, port 0, character 2^72, and the two committed transfers. It does not independently verify the full port census, every replica, simultaneous or repaired transfers, other schedules, or a theorem excluding the broader transfer mechanism. It adds no κ bound and does not change the selected result.

The task picker initially suggested independent-moment work, which has active #2979 overlap; this package records its changed scope and reason. Substantial AI assistance is disclosed in TASK.json. No human or formal mathematical review is claimed.
