PR3146's independent cold replay left the R2 native phase/residual-adapter slice dependent on the inherited native engine. This focused package answers that handoff for PR3044's exact archived base/extra providers.
The new checker binds the source word to the emitted tail/final events, identifies the changed W→E, E→FULL and W→FULL children, and verifies their exact 512-coordinate operators including global phase in both orientations. It also checks the four ordinary source endpoint adapters and all 54 used residual recipes per provider, with every pre/post wrapper bound to its owner, side and position after complete cleanup. The complete 204-gate scalar tail agrees with the reconstructed R1 control on all 632 arbitrary input columns in both orientations.
This reuses Sagar Thakrar's pinned independent Gaussian-integer kernel; the native producer/compiler and original R2 evaluator are not imported by the verifier. The new contribution is the R2 source/event binding and application of the independent kernel, not a new arithmetic implementation.

259043321323717b7e816d6be38ad5e1f0b69b4c. Hosted CI is separate.Scope is finite and partial: unchanged native operations still need to realize their declared frame maps. Other native children/warps, full cleanup semantics, physical execution/owners, precision/tape, all-size compilation and supplier/outer admission remain open. No new kappa, selected-frontier change or complete multiplication theorem is claimed.

Taskindependent-moment, scope refined to its explicit native-slice handoff; scope key5e0f415b25b13c102653. The bounded overlap review is recorded in TASK.json; unpublished work and every historical diff are outside coverage.Canonical claim. Reproduce with:

Full attribution, exact commands, limits and concrete next questions are in README: independently interpret the remaining cleanup dependency cone and bind the checked records to actual physical execution/owners. 24kHandsome1201 with substantial OpenAI Codex assistance; no independent human or proof-kernel review claimed.
