`npx copilotkit project select` deletes an `INTELLIGENCE_API_KEY` line and writes the same credential as `CPK_INTELLIGENCE_API_KEY`. The server reads either name. A non-empty `CPK_INTELLIGENCE_API_KEY` takes precedence over `INTELLIGENCE_API_KEY`.
