Expand compatibility to current dependency lines

SimpleTDVP could not resolve current KrylovKit or OMEinsum releases despite passing its existing API tests with them. This expands the compatibility unions to KrylovKit 0.9/0.10 and OMEinsum 0.9 while retaining the existing 0.7/0.8 lines for older Julia installations. It also adds the repository’s first agent-maintained badge.

Validation:

• Julia 1.10.12: 50/50 package tests passed with KrylovKit 0.10.4, OMEinsum 0.9.4, Yao 0.9.3, LuxorGraphPlot 0.5.1, and LinearOperators 2.14.2
• Julia 1.12.4: 50/50 package tests passed with the same dependency versions
• Existing-line evidence: 50/50 tests passed on Julia 1.12.4 with KrylovKit 0.8.3 after PRs CompatHelper: bump compat for LuxorGraphPlot to 0.5, (keep existing compat) #2 and CompatHelper: bump compat for KrylovKit to 0.8, (keep existing compat) #3

The union bounds preserve older resolver choices: KrylovKit 0.7 and OMEinsum 0.8 remain accepted.
