docs: Update List documentation to include subcomponents

2. Notice that it now has an About page
3. Check over the new List-related stories, they're mostly the same although adapted per the Gamut writing guide docs
4. Check out that the code examples now show the actual code (mostly, some exceptions like the ExpandedRow examples which has a nested component)
