Add missing mandatory code deliverables to Data Groups end of module review

Three mandatory items are not in the End of Module Review list:

• Sprint 1 Coursework (PR, sprint 1)
• Todo List App (PR, sprint 3)
• Group Project: Tic-Tac-Toe, Steps 7 to 10 (sprint 3)

Do not merge before 22 August 2026, so requirements do not change mid-module for the current cohort.
