…g Java 25 programs One console app (CSharpVsJava.sln, classic .sln) runs each C# demo by name: generics, memory, concurrency, linq, shapes, nulls, nulls-unchecked, everyday. The java/ folder holds the seven single-file Java programs the article runs with JDK 25; CI builds only the .sln, so they are documentation for the reader (see README.md).
Same classic .sln template (dotnet new sln --format sln); only the generated project GUID changes. The project file regenerated identically.

Adds
csharp-intermediate-topics/CSharpVsJava, a new folder for the new article "C# vs Java: Which One Should You Pick?".Small C# programs on net10.0, one per comparison in the article (generics, async and threads, collections and memory, records and pattern matching, nullability), run with
dotnet run -- <name>. Thejava/folder holds the matching Java 25 listings the article shows side by side; CI does not compile them, and the README says how to run them with a JDK (java Example.java).The article is not published yet. This PR stays open until the article goes live.
