Build a synthetic maintenance dispatch desk with React, MapLibre GL JS, deck.gl, Turf.js, PMTiles and PostGIS on ClickHouse Managed Postgres. The map queries jobs by viewport, previews service coverage, commits revision-checked crew assignments and restores a saved camera/area/layer. A checked-in synthetic PMTiles archive needs no map token.
Includes readable source, clickhousectl provisioning/cleanup README, scoped native CI, licensed fixture tooling, and actual desktop/mobile screenshots. The companion article remains local for editorial review.
Validation: clean locked strict-peer install, native archive/range tests, typecheck and production build passed inside Ubuntu 24.04 ARM64 (Vite large-bundle advisory). Disposable Managed Postgres 18.6 / PostGIS 3.6.4 passed verified TLS, real viewport/coverage queries, outside-area rollback, competing assignment/map writers, restricted grants and pg wrong-CA/hostname controls. Chromium passed actual WebGL2, PMTiles byte-range reads, public deck picking, assignments, stale rejection, failed viewport recovery, 390px layout and persistence after replacing Node. The owned disposable service was deleted and verified absent.
