Build a reviewer workbench with Next.js, shadcn/ui, TanStack Table 9/Virtual, tRPC, React Hook Form and Zod. It loads all 500 synthetic claims, mounts the visible row window, and lets reviewers amend integer-pence expenses and decide the exact saved revision. Postgres commits status with server-derived memo/line snapshots; stale decisions reject and later amendments preserve earlier history.

Validated against disposable ClickHouse Managed Postgres 18.6: clean native install/typecheck/build, real 500-row browser filtering/sorting/scrolling and 17 mounted rows, form errors, amendments/decision/history/reload and second-tab conflict recovery; concurrent decision race, genuine Next.js restart, controlled history-insert rollback, restricted grants and valid/wrong-CA/wrong-host TLS controls. The owned fixture was deleted and absence verified.

Includes complete clickhousectl/isolated-Linux setup and scoped secret-free CI. Full npm audit reports 7 high development-tooling findings via shadcn's glob dependency (GHSA-vfj7-8cjw-p6xm); production omit-dev audit reports 0. The app accepts no glob input or runtime CLI execution; no exploitability claim or forced downgrade. Companion article remains a reviewed local draft. No sign-in/public deployment or payment integration.
