Operators need to save incomplete equipment counts, recover drafts, resolve competing edits and close a completed sheet. This example combines Angular 21, MIT PrimeNG 21 and AG Grid Community with AdonisJS, Lucid and VineJS against ClickHouse Managed Postgres. Atomic count saves and revision checks prevent silent overwrites; finalized sheets remain readable and immutable.

Includes locked dependencies, synthetic fixtures, a screenshot, explicit clickhousectl provisioning/CA/cleanup instructions, separate migration and restricted runtime roles, and a scoped secret-free build workflow.

Validation ran in an isolated Ubuntu OrbStack VM: clean install, strict API/UI typechecks and production build; real managed PostgreSQL 18.6 integration checked persistence after API restart, competing saves/finalization, late-row rollback and restricted grants; actual Lucid/pg wrong-CA and wrong-hostname controls failed as expected. Chromium exercised editable cells, filtering/sorting, saved reload, two-tab conflict and the finalization dialog. Angular21/PrimeNG21 reruns confirmed no license notice.

Known limitation: unresolved upstream GHSA-vfj7-8cjw-p6xm for braces3.0.3 appears in the production dependency graph through AdonisJS core/assembler, fast-glob and micromatch. The app accepts no glob input from HTTP clients; this does not establish exploitability or a clean audit. No incompatible force downgrade or override was applied.

The owned managed database was deleted through clickhousectl after validation, and a fresh service list confirmed its ID absent. The isolated VM is stopped and preserved.

The companion article remains local for editorial review. This PR is a draft.
