To further conserve build resources. This brings our testing of older Linux trees in line with the upstream minimum supported version of clang-17, relying on folks who are actually relying on these older builds to report issues as necessary. Signed-off-by: Nathan Chancellor <nathan@kernel.org>

Hopefully not too much delta between Android GKI kernels and LTS that would be relevant here. If we see breakage downstream we can discuss bringing these builds back.
