Add SysEventFd2 (5284) and SysMprotect (5010) as no-op syscalls in cannon-mt64

Updates the cannon-mt64 profile to reflect recent additions of SysEventFd2 (ethereum-optimism/optimism#14692) and SysMprotect (ethereum-optimism/optimism#15792) as no-op opcodes.
