[WIP] [Draft] prevent draft_node convert_draft_node_to_node when registering

Purpose

• This is to serve as a small proof of concept PR to be able to make a no-project registration without promoting the draft_node to a full node object.
  • Currently, the subsequent registration is stuck in an archiving: true state (at least locally), so this is not a mergeable chunk of change by itself.
  • We still need to figure out what to do with the registrations "registered_from" relationship that is serialized in the API. It seems inappropriate to populate that relationship with a draft_node, as those are not meant to be looked at
