Add clear button to clipboard tool

This PR Adds a Clear Button to Clipboard tool which clears the image stored inside in the clipboard tool.

• Added a Clear Button to Clipboard Tools Option.
• User can clear the clipped image stored inside.
• Shows a Toast Message if nothing is clipped.
