Tested with Brandon with the latest node sdk and the node sample client and it worked as intended with data being returned from the dic endpoint and the sdk properly consuming the sample client.

Verified by using a locally built and ran version of CMSgov/cms-bb2-node-sdk#126 and verified that the digital insurance card appears
