Public handoff and roadmap pages mixed current status with obsolete September resume and merge commands. Replace them with concise October 24 entry points, preserve the earlier documents in dated journal archives, add a source/workspace guide, regenerate the index, and update the bounded native/modern activity status. Ignore local build, capture, and root scratch outputs.

Repair two existing CI setup issues: install NumPy, Pillow, and Lupa imported by the tests, and apply the neighboring retail-bank availability guard to three screenshot tests that require frontend.big and the font bank. Their assertions are unchanged and still run when both inputs exist.

Coordinated with the three active native, modernization, and Forge sessions. All changes were prepared in an isolated checkout based on main; their active source, builds, evidence, Git indexes, and processes are untouched. This change publishes no accumulated development source or retail-derived evidence and does not alter generated coverage.

Validation: GitHub docs-consistency run 71 passed on 548b48d. Documentation links pass; all 56 findings have reference homes; no unexpected tracked root files; README metrics remain consistent with the 49,568-function catalog; whitespace checks pass. Checked 11 local scratch paths are ignored and 6 representative source/reference paths remain visible. Archived handoff and roadmap contents match the prior versions except for their relocated link.
