Patch release. lucide-static 1.26.0 -> 1.45.0 adds new device icons to the picker; existing maps are untouched. Three development-scope advisories cleared (nanoid, postcss, vitest / @vitest/mocker). Build and test tooling moved to vite 8.3.0, happy-dom 20.14.5, sass 1.104.1 and vitest 5.0.0, which brings NetGraph back in line with CRTL. typecheck clean, 220/220 tests, both builds green.
