This PR adds a toggle to disable the live camera feed in the onroad UI,
replacing it with a minimal driving view (black background with model overlays).
Changes:
This provides a distraction-free driving visualization while preserving all model outputs.
Tested on Comma 3X hardware.
Happy to adjust naming, placement, or default behavior if preferred.
