Ticket: CECHO-697

  • Improved validation for raw contract calls to ensure even-length hex calldata.
  • Added checks for non-negative integer strings for transaction values.
  • Updated error messages for clarity regarding operations and raw calls.
  • Adjusted tests to cover new validation scenarios and ensure robustness.
