• protein and compound -> BFO:0000030 (object)

• protein region -> BFO:0000024 (fiat object part), part_of some protein

• condensate -> BFO:0000027 (object aggregate)

• definitions rewritten so the stated genus matches the asserted parent

• namespace unified to material_entity

Rationale / use case

Two modelling errors in the current release:

• protein region (IDPO:0000095) is asserted as is_a protein, which entails
  that every IDR and every ordered region is itself a protein. Region is a part
  relation, not a subclass relation.
• condensate (IDPO:0000092) is asserted as is_a compound, but compound
  is defined as a molecule. A condensate is an assembly of many molecules, so
  the genus in the definition does not hold.
