docs: align GETTING_STARTED.md install commands with the landing page - #274

…page Same commands as https://odek.21no.de: install.sh one-liner first, odek upgrade note, manual download/verify steps, source build last.
install.sh prefers /usr/local/bin (falls back to ~/.local/bin); go.mod requires Go 1.27, not 1.25.13.

GETTING_STARTED.md now leads with the same install path as https://odek.21no.de: the install.sh one-liner (checksum-verified), the
odek upgradenote, manual download/verify steps, and the source build last.Also corrects two claims the landing page and guide shared: the installer prefers
/usr/local/bin(falling back to~/.local/bin), and source builds require Go ≥ 1.27 per go.mod (docs/index.html fixed in the same commit).
