Pull request overview

This PR updates the GitHub policy configuration for issue triage routing by synchronizing the “Triage issues to the service team” contact mentions in .github/policies/resourceManagement.yml with the ADO wiki “Service Contact List”.

Changes:

  • Removes a large set of Azure/act-* squad GitHub team entries from the mentionees lists in the triage workflow.
  • Keeps per-service individual (and some group) contacts as the primary mention targets for routing.

💡 Add a code-review agent skill or configure MCP servers for context-aware, tailored reviews. Learn more in the docs.
