• Adds App Service-focused posts for Azure CLI 2.82.0, 2.84.0, 2.85.0, 2.86.0, 2.87.0, and 2.89.0
• Uses official release dates and version-specific release-note links
• Excludes Function Apps and other out-of-scope command surfaces
