csharp: path does not accept a .cs file as an endpoint, though the other four languages do #1355

Description

@swapnilpaliwal-sd

axiomcode path does not accept a C# source file as an endpoint. It fails on every platform:

axiomcode path src/Lib/A.cs src/Lib/B.cs <repo>
nothing named 'src/Lib/A.cs' in the graph. Exact names that are close: …

path --help documents file.py / dir/file.ts (every method in the file) as an endpoint form. The same form works for Java, TypeScript, JavaScript and Python, all tested against 0.1.1. For C#, both Type.Method and file.cs:line endpoints resolve, and methods.file_path holds the same relative path that was passed, so only the whole-file form is missing.

Found by an end-to-end run of 0.1.1 on Windows, macOS and Linux across all five languages.

    Verified on the 0.1.9 branch: path src/Lib/A.cs src/Lib/B.cs answers src/Lib/A.cs (2 methods) → src/Lib/B.cs (1 methods) with A.Go → [known_edge] B.Step; the bare A.cs B.cs form works too. Fixed by #1881 (C# impact loop), shipped in 0.1.9 (#1904). Checked on macOS; the cross-platform release run covers the rest.
