Update webhooks page to clarify it's for pre-recorded audio

Updates the webhooks documentation page to clarify that the information applies specifically to pre-recorded audio transcription. The URL remains unchanged at /docs/deployment/webhooks as requested.

Changes:

• Updated page title from "Webhooks" to "Webhooks for pre-recorded audio"
• Updated description and intro paragraph to reference pre-recorded audio
• Added a Note component clarifying that webhooks are for pre-recorded audio and are not available for streaming audio transcription
• Updated navigation entry in docs.yml to match the new title
