Platform contract 1.0.14 (AlphaWaveSystems/awsys-shortener#967) adds error fixture
err_403_suspended: fraud-suspended accounts now get403 {error, code: ACCOUNT_SUSPENDED, message}on API-key and Firebase-token auth. The SDK already maps 403 to its forbidden/authorization error, so no SDK code change. This PR syncs the vendored contract and asserts the fixture through the typed error.Test plan
