Adding a new AlmaLinux mirror in Lagos, Nigeria, on AS209179.
It carries AlmaLinux 8, 9 and 10 with complete repository sets, syncs every 3 hours, and serves both HTTP and HTTPS over IPv4 and IPv6.
Verified before submitting: http://mirror.tech.africa/almalinux/ and https://mirror.tech.africa/almalinux/ both return 200 from an off-network vantage, and https://mirror.tech.africa/almalinux/9/BaseOS/x86_64/os/repodata/repomd.xml returns 200. The tree is currently 1.4 TB with 5.2 TB free.
