I do not know, why the check fails. Our mirror is available and I can not get much information out of the error message.

It's failing because the geolocation block is missing. Your mirror predates this being part of the config (thanks for running a mirror all these years).

I think this would be accurate for your mirror based on what I can derive from the IP:

I'd also suggest decreasing your rsync time to every 3 hours instead of 6. 3 is our recommended value.
