This PR features:
A configurable for the pT and rapidity of the MCgen particles with the sigmaHadCorr task, which are saved in the tables (decrease output size)
Similar cuts were added in the sigmaplusbuilder, which uses the PCM method for the reconstruction of one of the photons from the pi0 decay
Added selections for the PCM and sigmaplus reco, similar to what was done for the Run2 studies for this method, and added the necessary tables in the DataModel
