Add reconstructed-data DCA distributions for selected hadron and nucleus candidates.
Add MC DCA templates split into primary, weak-decay, and material components.
Store detailed MC information for collision association, direct-parent category, production radius, and mother PDG code.
Add MC truth-purity counters for correctly identified, misidentified, unmatched, and wrong-collision candidates.
Extend HadronNucleiTable with run number, magnetic field, track and collision IDs, ITS/TPC quality variables, and nucleus PID responses.
Preserve track and collision identifiers for mixed-event pairs.
Add an option to require both particle species before inserting an event into the mixing pool.
Add an option to calculate and store close-pair-rejection observables without rejecting the pair.

Sorry for the duplication. PR #17858 has now been closed, and #17899 is the only active PR superseding it.
