Hi Daniel,

I got the AI out on this one. It seems there was a conflict between URL routes and MVC Action names. Here is the AI's conclusion:

  • "The exception is caused by a route collision:  /setup  is both a Blazor page and an MVC action. A browser refresh selects the MVC action, whose  FeatureGate  filter has no registered feature manager; I’m checking the gate’s intended behavior before choosing between service registration and route separation."

The fix seems to work OK as far as I can tell and I've copied the original exception below.
