Pipeline Operation Normalisation tests

This PR implements the tests for numpy, dask, xarray normalisation operations. a few # pragma: nocover were added for abstract method bodies and debug code.

Gemini 3.1 Pro was used to port the numpy tests to dask and xarray, since the operations were very similar.
