Create a demo notebook to train an ML model using a small subset of the data, principally as a technical demonstration of how to use the CMIP6 dataset in a pyearthtools training workflow

Commenting so this can be assigned to me. I'll work on this after #284 and #285, using a small configurable subset (list of variables plus a start/end datetime tuple) as discussed in #276.
