fix: add plugin marketplace manifest so the plugin can be installed - #44

Conversation
The repository shipped .claude-plugin/plugin.json but no .claude-plugin/marketplace.json, so `claude plugin marketplace add 917Dhj/DeepPaperNote` failed with "Marketplace file not found". The marketplace manifest existed until it was removed in e49fe61 and was never restored when plugin.json was re-added in 1afbfc3. Adding the manifest makes the repository installable as a Claude Code plugin while keeping the existing `npx skills add` route working for any agent. The plugin entry deliberately omits `version` so plugin.json stays the single version source, avoiding the drift the previous entry had. Also document both install routes in the READMEs, note the manifest in AGENTS.md, and record the new install path in the changelog. Verified: `claude plugin validate . --strict` exits 0 with no errors or warnings, a local marketplace add + install loads both skills, and `python3 -m pytest -q` passes (923 passed, 1 skipped). Problem
The repository ships
.claude-plugin/plugin.jsonbut no.claude-plugin/marketplace.json, so installing it through Claude Code's own plugin system fails:This was not a never-written file —
git logshows the manifest was added inb3ac109, removed ine49fe61(the multi-agent generality pass), and never restored whenplugin.jsoncame back in1afbfc3. So the repository advertises a plugin identity it cannot actually deliver.Change
Add
.claude-plugin/marketplace.json(16 lines) and document the resulting second install route.source: "./"to point back at the repository root.version, soplugin.jsonremains the single version source. The previous deleted entry hardcoded0.1.0in both places, which drifts; version resolution givesplugin.jsonprecedence anyway.claude plugin marketplace addfor Claude Code, npx skills addfor any agent.AGENTS.mdrepository-structure list mentions the new manifest; changelog records the new install path per the repo's own "changes how users install" convention.Verification
claude plugin validate . --strict→ exit 0, no errors, no warnings. (The previousCLAUDE.md at the plugin root is not loaded as project contextwarning also disappears, because validation now reads the marketplace manifest rather than treating the repository root as a plugin root.)marketplace add→plugin install deeppapernote@deeppapernote→Skills (2) deeppapernote, paper-glossaryload correctly.python3 -m pytest -q→ 923 passed, 1 skipped.npx skills addroute still discovers both skills with and without.claude-plugin/, so nothing regresses for the agent-neutral channel.Follow-up
Once this merges,
claude plugin marketplace add 917Dhj/DeepPaperNotebecomes usable. Note that future releases must bumpversioninplugin.json, otherwiseclaude plugin updateskips silently.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
