CHANGELOG: [Unreleased] moves to [0.3.0] (FSHSP-253 typed DTCG durations, curves and dimensions; --motion-* recipes read by the kit; reduced motion as short fades; --transition-* curves written as cubic-bezier()). package.json and UI_KIT_VERSION move to 0.3.0; kit:check confirms they match.
