feat: add a batch clean function to batch set agent log clean strategy

What this PR does / why we need it?

针对issue:#6213
用户对于智能体的日志清除策略设置感觉过于繁琐，没有统一入口。现已增加统一设置入口。
现已在【批量选择】情况下，可以选中智能体，点击新增的【清楚策略】按钮，如图：

点击完毕后，会弹出策略设置弹窗，用于批量保存策略配置：

功能已经本地自测过，日志清除策略已经成功实现批量配置。
