Script ran fine in UI mode with Backup Enabled until it reached "Installing Photos Legacy...".
I had requested all Legacy programs.
Then a dialog box popped up that said 'Server Returned Error 403'.
Dismissing the dialog box left the script setting at "Installing Photos Legacy...".

github rate limits web requests i cant do anything about that just wait a min or so and do it again
