Resuls of runn clang-format -i

drivers: video: Add Himax HM0360 camera sensor driver

In accordance of suggestion by @dsseng clang-format was run on hm0360.c with aligned arrays excluded from clang format.  If mixed spaces and tabs are still present will correct.

Also corrected 2 identified corrections.
