Please merge this and publish a new version with double authorship, as agreed. Also, please yank the version without these notices.

firstly - we keep you as author in the gemspec metadata, we discussed this with our legal team and our opensource counsel and this is what usually happens in this situation. let me know what do you think about it.

in case you really want to add the notice to the copyright and license text, i would need to consult it with our legal team. so let me know.

I really think I should be included in anything called LICENSE, both in the section of README and in the actual LICENSE file. The authors section on rubygems is not a legal document of any sort.

My claim is that you violated the original license by changing it and removing the authorship notice. I agreed with Sebastian Wojas via email that you will restore me as an author and dual license under MIT + Apache. Restoring me in some random place is not cutting it here. I also think you should pull the version of the gem that has the Zendesk-only license.
