Launching the app it shows online but if you close it and reopen you get a message from Windows saying only one unique socket can be open at a time. This tells me that the backend app never closed when the main app closed. We should build a listener into the backend app to close itself when the launcher app closes. We can wrap implementing this into the next checkpoint build.
