Auctions page needs updated info

Some upgrades needed on the auctions page: https://docs.yearn.fi/developers/auctions

- should mention the registry contract to track factories/versions
- should mention cowswap compatibility
- could mention some tooling we have in the works
- should reference and link to the contracts involved in auctions, like Auction and Dumper
