Flickering - WS2805 - ESP32 C3 mini

What happened?

Reproducible and frequent data corruption/flickering when using WS2805 RGBCCT strips with ESP32 C3 mini.
I tried with and without logic level shifters and it still happens. The same issue doesn't occur on a regular ESP32 (same WLED version).
I tried different versions of WLED as well and confirmed the issue exists on all WLED versions that support WS2805.
I also tested the board with WS2812b and the issue doesn't seem to happen or it's not apparent/frequent enough.

To Reproduce Bug

Run an effect like Candle Multi at half brightness.

known issue. disable wifi sleep and don't access it through wifi and it works fine.
To fix it we need a new driver which is quite tricky to write.

Wifi sleep is disabled by default. Did you mean to disable "disable wifi sleep"?

I searched issues before opening a new issue but couldn't find any previous threads related to this.

put it in AP mode. if you still get frquent flickering i.e. more often than at least minutes apart, its hardware related.
