Missing "Clean install" checkbox

WLED documentation mentions "Clean install" checkbox which is missing in web installer.

What currently decides if the installer triggers erase?

ESP Webtools removed that option in a past version.

The logic of ESPwebtools is, to offer easing the flash, when the installed firmware name from the manifest doesn't match the installed firmware name.
If i have different names of the firmware for each version, then it should always prompt.
i could also look into adding a second tool to get the erase functionality back.

Or update documentation.
IMO either is valid as user can use button or select option in settings to do "factory reset".
