Mount it into your linux file system with s3fuse and then mount it into your docker container as /db. But I'm not quite sure whether this is a good idea due to the fact that it is still a network filesystem.

I have strong doubts, that s3fuse supports unix domain sockets, and may not work because of other posix incompatibilities. Anyway, overpass does a lot of random reads, so either you'll cache locally those large files, or latency will be very high.
