Refund a transaction #14
Description
Refunding a transaction should be supported by the payments API so that a merchant can build a UI for returning customers around this. There is a hint at how it could work; this is not yet implemented in navigator.mozPay(). The only thing mozPay() supports is a server side callback to process refunds, the chargeback URL.
