vue-apollo v4 and vue 3

Has anyone successfully managed to use Vue 3 with @vue/apollo-option ^4.0.0-alpha.13 ?

I'm struggling to find any working examples of this actually working and I really can't drop Vue down to v2.

main.js

import VueApollo from '@vue/apollo-option'

import { ApolloClient, InMemoryCache } from '@apollo/client/core'

  uri: process.env.VUE_APP_GRAPHQL_URL || "http://localhost:1337/graphql"
})

const apolloProvider = new VueApollo({
  defaultClient: apolloClient
})

const app = createApp({
  render: () => h(App)
})

app.use(apolloProvider)
app.use(store)
app.use(router)

I get the following error...

Any help would be gratefully received.

@wjcarson look at the sources, it does not export any defaults https://github.com/vuejs/vue-apollo/blob/v4/packages/vue-apollo-option/src/index.js

Try to replace

import VueApollo from '@vue/apollo-option'

with

import { createApolloProvider } from '@vue/apollo-option';

and replace

const apolloProvider = new VueApollo({
  defaultClient: apolloClient
})

with

const apolloProvider = createApolloProvider({
  defaultClient: apolloClient
});
