Installation: Fails to install and thinks it installed successfully

Describe the bug

This issue is only about installation.

PowerShell 7.6.3
PS C:\Users\Babak> irm https://vite.plus/ps1 | iex

Setting up VITE+...

✔ VITE+ successfully installed!

    vp create       Create a new project
    vp env          Manage Node.js versions
    vp install      Install dependencies

Using vp command after this did not work. Restarting terminal did nothing. Restarting PC did nothing. There was no .vite-plus folder in Home (C:\Users\Babak).

After restarting I have PowerShell elevation to administration and after a long time (probably internet issues) it installed.

It's important to note that there was no errors or requests for administration elevation.

I'm not sure if elevation was the issue, so it would need some investigation.

Another thing to keep it mind is my 💩 internet. But if internet is bad, I don't get why it would think it installed successfully.
