RangeInput jumps around when dragging #1263

Describe the bug
When dragging the thumb of a RangeInput slider, it jumps between the previous value and the current value. This is most noticeable by dragging quickly and continuing to hold down the mouse.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to the demo page for RangeInput
- Drag and hold any slider
Expected behavior
The thumb moves smoothly and continuously
