Model end-of-runway usage more precisely #2077

For strats that use a runway to gain a shortcharge or blue speed, I've been thinking for a while that we may want to describe the runway use in a more precise way, to indicate what happens at the end of the runway: there are at least 6 different possibilities each which should require different adjustments to the effective runway length:

  • gaining a shinecharge before hitting a wall
  • gaining temporary blue before hitting a wall
  • gaining blue before jumping off a ledge
  • gaining a shinecharge before Samus would fall off a ledge
  • gaining a shinecharge while sliding off a ledge
  • running through bomb/speed blocks

One reason to encode the runway use more precisely is that the amount of adjustment theoretically could depend on your run speed, which can vary. Even if we don't get that fancy with it, it could be nice to be able to encode these things once and then be able to adjust how their lenience is calculated later.
