Static Data API

Don't ask me why but rito decided to change the links to the static data api for all regions.
https://kr.api.pvp.net/api/lol/kr/--->https://global.api.pvp.net/api/lol/static-data/kr/
https://euw.api.pvp.net/api/lol/euw/--->https://global.api.pvp.net/api/lol/static-data/euw/

It seems it is only for static data APIs and for all regions.

Thanks for the heads up! Yeah, I saw this as well :(

Next update will come quickly to patch this... come on Riot... stop it with the base url changes.
